The International Society for the Processing and Analysis of Medical Information (SIPAIM) is a nonprofit scientific civil society dedicated to promoting biomedical engineering research across Latin America and organizing its annual conference. The 22nd International Symposium will bring together researchers from Latin America and worldwide to communicate results, developments, and research experience. It aims to promote the creation of technical and scientific collaboration networks, focusing on medical images and associated technologies and applications. Key research areas include medical and biomedical imaging, e-health and telemedicine, multimodal AI applications in healthcare, generative AI in healthcare, digital pathology, biosignals, digital and global health, image-based medical procedures, and biomedical image devices. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting its scope and quality requirements. The deadline for full paper manuscript submission is July 9.
